K.\u201d as part of the In connection with the project \u201cImplementation of an Export Development Plan by Commercecon Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp. K.\u201d as part of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, Measure 6.1., Commercecon Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp.K. invites bids for the purchase of an advisory service in the form of preparing an Export Development Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Export Development Plan shall include the following elements as a minimum requirement:<br>1. Information on the document preparation starting date;<br>2. A competitive analysis of the company in terms of its products or services;<br>3. A selection of target markets for export operations;<br>4. A study of selected target markets;<br>5. Description of the company\u2019s current situation in its key operating areas and forecasts for its expansion with an emphasis on growth through export;<br>6. A SWOT analysis for the export of each type of product\/service on every planned target market;<br>7. Description of export targets and strategy;<br>8. A recommendation for the development of export activities;<br>9. Indication and substantiation of the measures to be implemented by the company from among those listed in the Regulation;<br>10. Estimated spending on the essential measures to implement the developed strategy;<br>11. Preliminary implementation timing for the export strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Export Development Plan should comprehensively determine the export strategy for Commercecon Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 Sp.K. for the next two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ordering Party does not allow partial quotes; only complete quotes will be The Ordering Party does not allow partial bids; only complete bids will be considered.
