Commercecon currently has more than 120 employees who play crucial role in delivering and assembling steel structures. Our managers, engineers, administrative staff, assembly technicians and many others do a great job designing, coordinating and executing projects, and all that with great commitment and on time.

Design and build
With the Design and Build concept, we implement our proprietary idea and vision for an industrial facility. Using this approach, we coordinate all stages a hall construction: from finding the right location to incorporating the investor’s vision into our architectural design, preparing documentation, obtaining the necessary permits, comprehensive project execution and commissioning.
General contracting
We deliver comprehensive solutions to satisfy to the needs of the most demanding customers. With our long-standing experience as a general contractor, our competitive edge is adopting the right approach to managing the entire project, ensuring issue-free and on-time delivery.
Design, optimisation, expansion
We design various types of industrial halls, not only warehouses, but also sports, logistics, agricultural and production facilities, and all this while ensuring economical use of materials for optimised cost. We also retrofit and expand the existing facilities to make them fit your changing requirements.
Delivery and installation of steelwork
Designing and building halls is not all we do. For more than 20 years, we have been delivering and installing specialist steel structures. Drawing from our expertise, we design and deliver industrial structures according to the customer’s requirements and in line with the applicable standards.
Community engagement
Supporting sport in Łódź
As the owner and naming rights sponsor of the Women’s Volleyball Team, ŁKS Commercecon Łódź S.A., we support the city’s sports activities and create great sports emotions. The hard work of the entire team, great determination and efforts of the talented volleyball players, invaluable commitment of our fantastic ŁKS fans and support of sponsors allows us to proudly contribute to the sporting future of Łódź. We also take pride in that, after 36 years, the team spectacularly returned to the podium in the 2018/2019 season as the Champion of Poland. In addition to being involved in the sporting activities of the Łódź Squirrels, one of the priorities in our sponsorship and patronage activities is supporting the ŁKS Commercecon Łódź Women’s Volleyball Team and sports sections of junior players of all ages.
Giving a helping hand
We have vested time and resources in achieving the goals that are important for the community of Łódź and the Łódź Voivodeship by helping with fundraising to finance special purchases for those in need as well as animal shelters and homes.
This social activism is guided by my moral principles as a human being and a business owner. As a business, we are open-minded and become socially involved in a number of initiatives to extend a helping hand to everyone in need. We focus on helping those in need of special care, schools, a youth hostel and animal shelters. We also organise and finance trips, including the ones for our employees and their families.
