We started working with Commercecon in early 2024. At the time, we were looking for a general contractor for BOOSTER Zabrze, our new development in Silesia. It represents a new concept – unique on the Polish market – to create a modern business complex featuring a service and logistics area, accompanied by a recreational and sports area open to the public.
As part of our several-month cooperation, the Commercecon team has completed the first two modern service and logistics centres in Zabrze: the first, with a floor area of almost 37,000 square metres, including a four-storey office block, and the second, with a floor area of 11,000 square metres.
The project in Silesia stands out for its innovative spatial planning concept and its pioneering approach to the construction process itself. The design incorporates a range of innovative functional solutions which, until now, have been used in the most ambitious, environmentally-friendly building projects.
In addition to the construction work, Commercecon was also responsible for building the access road, which connects the development to the public road network, the recreational areas including the water reservoir, and the landscaping of the greenery around the buildings.

We have been working successfully with Commercecon for several years. During this time, we have entrusted them with the general contracting for three warehouse facilities at our logistics centre in Kutno.
As the general contractor, Commercecon was responsible for all construction work on the facility, the completion of the necessary services and the site development around the building, including car parks and internal roads that were created to connect the new space to the existing industrial buildings. As part of the most recent contract, we also commissioned the company to expand our silo complex (40 new tanks were installed), which plays a key role in our operations, as well as to construct a two-storey office and staff welfare facilities building.
At all times, we have noted that the contractor maintains high quality workmanship, the efficient and smooth communication with the project team, and the timely completion of the tasks entrusted to them.

Over the course of several months, the Commercecon team built a modern warehouse with a total area of 3,500 m² in the Bogumiłów industrial zone, within the municipality of Kleszczów. To streamline operations, the new warehouse was connected to the existing production plant on the site via a dedicated link building.
Commercecon was responsible not only for all construction works but also for the comprehensive development of the surrounding site, including the necessary road and utility infrastructure.
The general contractor completed all assigned tasks reliably and on schedule. Particular recognition should be given to its individual approach to the client and its prompt, effective response to challenges arising during the project, demonstrating the company’s extensive experience in constructing modern warehouse facilities.

In 2003, we decided to entrust Commercecon with the comprehensive construction of a warehouse hall with office facilities in Konstantynów Łódzki. The general contractor could boast many years of experience in the construction of this type of facility, as well as excellent references from previous clients. Our choice was also influenced by the close proximity of the company, which offered the opportunity for frequent and direct meetings of the project team.
As part of the signed contract, within a period of nine months, the general contractor built a modern warehouse facility with a total area of 5,800 sq m for our needs. The hall was built in accordance with all the requirements of building law and the principles of sustainable construction, a number of environmental solutions were used, such as a PV system, electric radiators, heat pumps and a grey water retention tank. Due to the nature of the materials stored, the hall must comply with high fire safety requirements, which is ensured, among other things, by a smoke extraction system and a special sprinkler system. The contractor’s team was also tasked with landscaping the area around the building, including the construction of a container storage yard and paved surfaces that can withstand heavy vehicle loads.
Commercecon’s team fulfilled all assigned tasks reliably and on time, and the works were carried out in accordance with the art of construction and our requirements. We appreciate quick and efficient resolution of current problems, confirming the extensive experience in the implementation of large cubic facilities, and the full commitment of the staff implementing our project.

Commercecon built directly for us a modern high-bay warehouse with a total area of 20,000 m2 in Uniejów in 2024. The facility was ultimately built for our client, K-FLEX, a global leader in the production of flexible insulation and sound-proofing materials.
As the general contractor for this project, Commercecon was again responsible for the construction work of the new facility and for completing the necessary infrastructure, both technical and road, which connected the new hall to the existing industrial facilities within the campus.
