We have completed construction of a warehouse for Epicom

We have completed the construction of an advanced technology warehouse for EPICOM Sp. z o.o. in the Bogumiłów industrial zone, Kleszczów municipality. The business is a leading manufacturer of hygiene products. Designed with a total area of 3,500 square metres, the site serves as a logistics facility for the company’s production plant, which has been operating here since 2015.

EPICOM Sp. z o.o. is a manufacturer of high-quality paper towels and toilet papers, offered to retail chains in a private label formula. The company’s dynamic growth was sparked by the launch of a production facility in Bogumiłów in 2015. Epicom has been steadily increasing its production capacity ever since, as well as expanding its logistics facilities. Today, there is a raw materials warehouse and two finished goods warehouses in Bogumiłów – the latter was commissioned in 2021. In fact, another one has just been built in response to the company’s ever-growing logistical needs.

The existing finished goods warehouse gained 3,500 square metres of current-design space, which was fitted with three loading docks. With a view to optimise the company’s logistics and production processes, the new building was connected to the existing plant with a special link building. This is in line with a common practice for companies to connect new facilities with those already in place within a single industrial site or logistics centre, when it is not possible to extend them as a single enclosed form of building. As a result, a joint building promotes smooth employee traffic, but it can also play a key role in goods handling, which, in turn, is often essential for the company’s business operations.

Our General Contractor role in this project covered not only the responsibility for the construction of the building, but also for all the services.
