Design and build
With the Design and Build concept, we implement our proprietary idea and vision for an industrial facility. Using this approach, we coordinate all stages a hall construction: from finding the right location to incorporating the investor’s vision into our architectural design, preparing documentation, obtaining the necessary permits, comprehensive project execution and commissioning.
General contracting
We deliver comprehensive solutions to satisfy to the needs of the most demanding customers. With our long-standing experience as a general contractor, our competitive edge is adopting the right approach to managing the entire project, ensuring issue-free and on-time delivery.
Design, optimisation, expansion
We design various types of industrial halls, not only warehouses, but also sports, logistics, agricultural and production facilities, and all this while ensuring economical use of materials for optimised cost. We also retrofit and expand the existing facilities to make them fit your changing requirements.
Delivery and installation of steelwork
Designing and building halls is not all we do. For more than 20 years, we have been delivering and installing specialist steel structures. Drawing from our expertise, we design and deliver industrial structures according to the customer’s requirements and in line with the applicable standards.
