Your responsibilities
The Claims and Service Specialist deals with the warranty service of completed construction works You will be involved in the day-to-day follow-up, processing and analysis of client complaints and making decisions on their resolution You will liaise with project managers on an ongoing basis and actively participate in the final acceptance of buildings Accurate record keeping of complaints and communication with clients. Timely handling of complaints and service Operating the company’s warehouse
Running the complaints and service department
Post-warranty service for completed buildings
Carry out maintenance and inspections in cooperation with subcontractors and suppliers
Handling of complaints
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to rectify the claim
Maintenance of service and complaints records
Liaising with project managers during the acceptance and handover of the building to the client
Preparation of analyses and reports
Liaising with the implementation department
What we require
Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years
Education (preferred: construction, construction technician)
Highly developed communication skills
Very good knowledge of MS Office , Autocad
Ability to work in a team
Independence and good organisation of work
Discipline and very good organisation of working time (accuracy, punctuality, conscientiousness in carrying out duties)
Business trip readiness
Knowledge of English or German is welcome
Driving licence cat. B.
