A sound mind in a sound body – relaxed and effective employee. To paraphrase this popular saying, we have decided to take exceptional care of the wellbeing and physical health of our employees. In this April this, we launched a physiotherapy and wellness centre in the Commercecon office building in Konstantynów Łódzki, which all employees can use during work.
Companies are paying increasing attention to the health of their employees, and investing in their health simply pays off for the employer. Studies show that the effect of such measures is, on the one hand, reduced absenteeism due to sickness and, on the other hand, greater employee efficiency. We add to this the enjoyment of the wellbeing of our employees, which is most important to us!
And it is with a view to the physical health and better everyday wellbeing of our employees that we have decided to launch a physiotherapy and wellness centre in our office in Konstantynów Łódzki.
Named WYSPA (Island) after in a competition among employees, the mini SPA is a place created especially for them. And you can indeed feel like you are on an island in paradise, all thanks to the unique mural, but, above all, the relaxing and regenerating therapies. Any employee can receive treatment in the hyperbaric and cryochamber, benefit from the services of a professional physiotherapist, and also undergo various physiotherapeutic treatments (laser, currents, ultrasound). It is important to note that the centre is open during office hours and can be used by employees!
Treatments are provided under the guidance of a qualified physiotherapist with a Master’s degree, who assesses each employee’s condition on the basis of a pre-existing questionnaire and a thorough interview, and recommends a specific type of therapy. And what are the benefits? The list is long: relaxation, pain relief, faster recovery from injuries and trauma, cell nourishment, reduced muscle tension and improved circulation. This has a positive impact on mood and well-being, increasing concentration and efficiency both at work and in everyday life.
