We know the composition of the ŁKS Commercecon Łódź volleyball team for the new TAURON League season. The transfer list was closed by Zuzanna Górecka, who was the last player to sign a contract with the team for the 2024/2025 competition.
Our headquarters hosted Zuzanna Górecka, a player of the Lodz Squirrels who plays in the receiving position. The reason for the visit certainly pleased all fans of our volleyball players – Susanna, in the presence of President Hubert Hoffman, extended her contract with the team for the 2024/2025 season. Thus, she was the last to confirm representing the red, white and white colours.
Zuzanna Górecka joined the LKS team before the 2022/2023 season. And this one, although very happy for the whole team – the girls won their third Polish championship – ended unhappily for herself. She suffered a serious knee injury in the second final match, requiring surgery and a long rehabilitation. Today, however, there is no trace of the injury and the ambition and desire to personally claim the gold medal of the Polish championships remains.
– I would like to receive the gold medal in person. I know that with the team we have for this season it is possible. We will definitely want to prove it and win everything there is to win – announces our athlete.
And this year’s Tauron League starts at the end of September. In addition to the new players, we will see our former captain Paulina Maj-Erwardt, who has officially ended her sporting career and will make her debut in the role of managing director of the club, in a completely new role.
