Your responsibilities

Project pricing
Cost analysis
Checking the consistency of the offer with the values obtained from subcontractors
and industry specialists,
Checking the reliability of subcontractors individual discipline contractors
Representing the company when establishing contacts or conducting the
construction process
Participation in direct negotiations with the Investor
Monitoring of offers submitted
Preparation of quotations from materials with appropriate approvals and certificates
Consultation with colleagues in the production preparation department
Liaising with designers, subcontractors and suppliers
Gathering competitive information, statistics
Timely reporting of the status of completed work to the immediate supervisor
Winning new contracts for the company.

What we require

Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3 years
Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office, Norma
Higher technical education Construction or Architecture
Conscientiousness, dutifulness, honesty, loyalty
Ingenuity, innovation, sense of humour
Being a well organised worker
Commitment and independence
Orientation towards the completion of assigned tasks, projects
Ease of making contacts and ability to work in a team
Ability to work under time pressure and resilience to stress
Communicative knowledge of English or German to be able to write
and communicate with understanding
