In connection with the project “Implementation of an Export Development Plan by Commercecon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. K.” as part of the In connection with the project “Implementation of an Export Development Plan by Commercecon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. K.” as part of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy, Measure 6.1., Commercecon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.K. invites bids for the purchase of an advisory service in the form of preparing an Export Development Plan.
The Export Development Plan shall include the following elements as a minimum requirement:
1. Information on the document preparation starting date;
2. A competitive analysis of the company in terms of its products or services;
3. A selection of target markets for export operations;
4. A study of selected target markets;
5. Description of the company’s current situation in its key operating areas and forecasts for its expansion with an emphasis on growth through export;
6. A SWOT analysis for the export of each type of product/service on every planned target market;
7. Description of export targets and strategy;
8. A recommendation for the development of export activities;
9. Indication and substantiation of the measures to be implemented by the company from among those listed in the Regulation;
10. Estimated spending on the essential measures to implement the developed strategy;
11. Preliminary implementation timing for the export strategy.
The Export Development Plan should comprehensively determine the export strategy for Commercecon Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp.K. for the next two years.
The Ordering Party does not allow partial quotes; only complete quotes will be The Ordering Party does not allow partial bids; only complete bids will be considered. The Ordering Party reserves the right to implement individual tasks under separate contracts.

Selection criteria:
Weights
1. Net price: 50%
2. Years of market experience (applies only to the period of activity related to obtaining EU subsidies). ≤10 or > 10 years – 15 and 25 points, respectively
3. Success rate – number of projects eligible for funding as part of the Innovative Economy 2007–2013 Programme during the period of the company’s operation. ≤100 or >100 applications – 15 and 25 points, respectively
Bid evaluation based on the individual criteria:
Price – points are awarded according to the following formula:

a) Points as part of criterion 2 “Experience” will be awarded in the following ranges:
• Company’s market presence in the period of obtaining EU subsidies: 10 years or less – 15 points.
• Company’s market presence in the period of obtaining EU subsidies: more than 10 years – 25 points.
b) Points as part of criterion 3 “Success rate” will be awarded in the following ranges:
• number of projects eligible for funding as part of the Innovative Economy 2007-2013 Programme during the period of the company’s operation: 100 applications or less – 15 points.
• number of projects eligible for funding as part of the Innovative Economy 2007-2013 Programme during the period of the company’s operation: more than 100 applications – 25 points.

The bid must include the following:
– name and address of the bidder
– bid issue date
– cost estimate in PLN net
– data allowing for bid evaluation and scoring
– expected completion time
– bid validity (at least 60 days)
Confirmation of acceptance of the request for quotation – depending on how the RFQ is sent:
– confirmation with the company seal and date of receipt, if the quote is submitted
in person at the Company’s office
– by e-mail
– by fax
– by letter
