As part of the 7R Park Łódź West II project at Maratonska Street, two modern warehouse halls with a total area of 50,000 sq m each with office facilities were built.
Thanks to the materials and solutions applied, the building meets the most stringed environmental standards (BREEAM certificate at Very Good level).

7R Park Łódź West II
The 7R Park łódź West li project was another of our developments with Commercecon as general contractor.
The project included the construction of two production and warehouse halls with a total area of more than 51,500 m2. It was spread over two phases – the first, the production and warehouse hall with an office building with a total area of 17,353 m2 was handed over in May 2021, while in the second – completed in December 2021 – Commercecon handed over a building of 34,182 m2.
The scope of the general contractor's responsibilities was to obtain all building permits, replacement permits and the comprehensive completion of the entire project in terms of construction, installation and site development, which totals 132,569 m2.
Both halls built as part of the 7R Park łódź West lI meet all environmental requirements and have passed BREEAM certification at the very good level.
The Commercecon team completed all tasks in an exemplary manner, handing over both buildings to us on time and with the quality that matched the design. In doing so, it has confirmed that it is a reliable general contractor for industrial facilities and a recommendable business partner.
