We are starting construction of a warehouse for Bradas

We have commenced work on a new warehouse development in Olesno, Opole Voivodeship, for a leading distributor of garden care products Bradas. Our client entrusted us with both the architectural design and the comprehensive execution of the construction works, which is the best testament to our expertise in delivering projects under the “Design-and Build” formula. Having a total floor area of nearly 24,000 square metres, the warehouse will be an asset for the client to optimise their distribution processes, and it will include a state-of-the-art office space.

Contemporary logistics facilities more and more often integrate advanced warehousing technology with an executive office area. This synergy is perfectly reflected in our latest project in Olesno. A modern, 10-metre-high warehouse will be built on a site covering almost 24,000 square metres, comprising a convenient, two-storey office and staff welfare facilities area totalling nearly 1,650 square metres.

As the general contractor, we are carrying out this project on a “Design and Build” basis. This is the most convenient and cost-effective model of cooperation for the client, who entrusts responsibility for all stages of the work to a single, experienced partner, which not only ensures maximum cost-effectiveness, but also optimises the project in terms of completion time and streamlines communication.

The development will include a security building, a fire-fighting water tank with a fire pump house, internal roads and car parks, as well as ancillary infrastructure on the site.

A fact worth noting is that our partnership with Bradas goes far beyond the core business of our companies. The construction site in Olesno is where two brands with a strong sporting DNA meet – the brands that know exactly how to go for the gold. As the proud title sponsor of the three-time Polish volleyball champions – ŁKS Commercecon Łódź – we have no doubt that Bradas – the title sponsor of the Bradas Bike Adventure cycling team – will set a brilliant pace for this partnership and that, together, we will see this project through to the finish line in true championship style. This has been scheduled for February 2027.
