BOOSTER Zabrze. We have completed the first phase of earthworks

In April 2024, shortly after the foundation stone ceremony, we started construction work on the BOOSTER Zabrze service and logistics project. This is an innovative development by LemonTree, which we are developing as a general contractor. After two extremely intensive months for the Commercecon team, we can already boast the first, but very impressive, results of the work in Zabrze – the first part of the earthworks is behind us.

BOOSTER Zabrze is a venture that goes beyond standard logistics projects. In addition to its main function, it will also serve as a business centre and offer a publicly accessible recreational and sports area for the residents of Zabrze and the surrounding area. Due to such a complex nature of the project, as well as the huge area of work to be carried out and the high environmental requirements, the implementation of this project is a major challenge for us.

The earthworks themselves were staggered. Behind us, is the first of these, which lasted almost two months and covered part of a site of nearly 252,000 m2. We have to admit that preparing the ground for future construction was extremely demanding in this case, but the result we achieved is truly impressive. And this is, after all, only the beginning!

Once all the earthwork on this project has been completed, we will be able to boast such figures:
🔹 556 050 m³ of earth (macro levelling with displacement)

🔹 46,000 tipping units (transport)

🔹 6,600 tonnes of low-carbon cement (consumption)

🔹 252 tonnes of reinforcing steel (delivery)

🔹 958 foundation footings (construction)
