We are building Phase II of the BOOSTER ZABRZE complex for LemonTree

BOOSTER ZABRZE, LemonTree’s innovative development, is expanding its logistics capacity. As part of Phase II, we are constructing three modern warehouse and service buildings with a combined area of nearly 59,000 m². Together with the two buildings we completed and handed over last year, the Zabrze complex will offer 111,000 m² of warehouse, service and office space.

From the outset, the BOOSTER ZABRZE development in Silesia has been setting new directions in the design and construction of service and logistics spaces in Poland. It stands out not only for its unique site development concept but also for its approach to the construction process, which we are pleased to be managing. The seamless transition from the first to the second phase allows us to optimise all construction processes to the fullest.

The successful delivery of Phase I demonstrated Commercecon’s ability to complete innovative, technologically advanced projects efficiently and on schedule. The second phase aims not only to deliver further sustainable buildings but, above all, to integrate them seamlessly into the existing complex. We are creating a cohesive, well-connected business ecosystem built to stringent quality standards that will strengthen Silesia’s logistics capacity.

Like those completed in the previous phase, the new buildings will undergo BREEAM certification with a target rating of Excellent.
