We are expanding the offices of fertiliser manufacturer Liedmann

We are beginning work on an office extension for Liedmann, a Polish manufacturer of mineral fertilisers. The project will deliver almost 400 sq m of modern office space, tailored to our client’s needs. As the general contractor, we are delivering the entire project under a design and build contract.

Rapid business growth naturally brings a need to adapt and expand a company’s infrastructure. Liedmann, one of Poland’s largest manufacturers of granulated calcium fertilisers and a recognised brand across much of Europe, has chosen to extend its office building in Krzeczów, near Wieluń. The company has entrusted us with delivering the project, which aims not only to provide additional space but, above all, to create a more comfortable and ergonomic working environment.

This project for Liedmann is particularly special to us. This time, we will be constructing a modern office building rather than the production facilities and warehouses in which we specialise. Office construction, however, is far from new territory for us. For many years, we have successfully designed and built modern office spaces alongside industrial facilities, with finishes comparable to those of premium office buildings in major city centres. This reflects the breadth of our expertise and demonstrates how effectively our extensive construction experience translates into contemporary office architecture.

Liedmann’s new office building will feature extensive glazing, including corner windows, and a striking two-storey façade. A glazed link will connect the extension to the existing offices, bringing the two buildings together to form a cohesive, contemporary architectural whole.

Our scope of work as general contractor also includes landscaping and external works around the building.
