We have completed the construction of the second facility forming part of the K-Flex campus in Uniejów. As part of the project, by direct order from Panattoni, this time we have delivered a 6,500 sqm warehouse and production facility. It responds to the ever-increasing production needs of the target hall user.
A warehouse and production hall has been built in Uniejów as part of the campus of K-Flex, a leading manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. It has a total area of 6,500 sqm and its height has been raised to 15 metres, allowing for more efficient use of storage space, as well as supporting the growing production at the Uniejów campus.
We built the facility as a general contractor and, as part of the contract, we were also responsible for the development of the surrounding area. Car parks and internal roads were created to connect the new space to the existing halls.
Panattoni’s entrusting us with the construction of another industrial building for K-Flex demonstrates superior quality of our work and the very efficient cooperation on the first project for this pair of customers.

Investor’s opinion
One of the projects completed in recent months is a high-bay warehouse and production hall with a total area of 6,500 m2. It was created for the leading manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials, K-Flex. The height of the facility has been raised to 15 metres for more efficient use of storage space and to support the growing production at the Uniejów campus.
As the general contractor, Commercecon was responsible for all construction work on the facility, the completion of the necessary infrastructure, utility connections and the landscaping around the building – car parks and internal roads were created to connect the new space to the existing halls.
Importantly, this is the second project within the K-Flex campus in Uniejów that we have completed with this particular general contractor. At the beginning of 2021, it finished the project ahead of schedule and commissioned a 9,300 m2 warehouse facility.
