Production and warehouse hall for Air Spiralo Polska ready!

In Szamotuły, on a direct order from Panattoni Poland, we built an industrial facility with a total area of 9,500 m2, which also included modern, two-storey office space.

Europe’s leading manufacturer of ventilation systems, Air Spiralo Polska, has moved in here. The tailor-made facility, prepared for #BREEAM certification, will create favourable conditions for the company to continue its sustainable growth.

The hall is 12.4 metres high and its total area which – in addition to the production and warehouse part, also includes the aforementioned modern two-storey office space – will be 9,500 m2. We were the general contractor for this demanding build-to-suit project. This is yet another project of this type that Panattoni, the European leader in industrial space, has entrusted to us. As part of our collaboration with the Panattoni BTS team, in recent years we have built industrial facilities for Solaris and K-Flex, among others.

The bespoke facility will allow Air Spiralo to consolidate its logistics and manufacturing operations from three existing sites, providing the company with a convenient environment for further sustainable growth. It is worth taking this opportunity to say that the roof of the hall has been adapted for the installation of a photovoltaic system.

The successfully finished project was a double challenge for us – in addition to the build-to-suit formula – we had to start by preparing the site in line with the requirements of a brownfield development. Our responsibilities included demolition of the existing buildings, remediation of the land, revitalisation of the site and preparation for the construction of the new hall. Due to the close proximity of the company’s headquarters, we also created road connectors that communicated all the buildings to each other.
