- checking the consistency of the costs from the calculation with the values obtained from subcontractors and individual discipline contractors
- checking the reliability of subcontractors individual discipline contractors
- keeping of records as required
- carrying out administrative procedures related to the implementation of the contract
What we require
- Relevant university degree
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
- Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office, Norma
- Knowledge of building law, safety and fire regulations
- Construction licence
- English language skills
- B driving licence
