The end of 2002 and the beginning of this year have been special for us. Within the space of just a few weeks, our construction activities and the financial results we have achieved in recent years have been repeatedly recognised. In last December, another Business Gazelle joined our flock, and we started this year by being ranked in the BUILDER monthly ranking of the 100 largest general contractors in Poland, as well as being awarded another Forbes Diamond.

Forbes Diamonds is a respected business ranking in which the winners are the most dynamically developing Polish companies of the past three years. Organised by the Polish edition of the monthly magazine FORBES and developed by Dun & Bradstreet Sp. z o.o., it is based on the Swiss method of evaluating companies, which combines the asset and income methods.

In the published Forbes Diamonds 2024 ranking, we have been ranked 14th in the Łódź Voivodeship in the category of companies with the highest revenue – over PLN 250 million. To be among this year’s winners demonstrates the growing value of our company in recent years and confirms our profitability and business credibility.

We are increasing the flock of Gazelles… of Business

We are also pleased to announce our presence in this year’s ranking of the most dynamically developing companies in the SME sector, organised by the monthly Puls Biznesu and the financial institution Coface. The Business Gazelles, as these statuettes are referred to, are the oldest business ranking in which a company’s position is determined by the percentage increase in turnover achieved over the last three years. And we can only remind you that these have not been easy years – with the pandemic, the biggest energy crisis in years and inflation galloping (so to speak) like a gazelle. Commercecon’s presence on this list is therefore a source of great pride for us.

The start of this year has brought us yet another great piece of news. Once again, we were ranked among the 100 largest general contractors in Poland. The Build The Future ranking is compiled by PricewaterhouseCoopers, Builder Poland monthly and Dun&Bradstreet Poland – the company rank in it based on its sales revenue (in 2022). What pleases us exceptionally is that we were among the less than 40% of general contractors who had managed to improve their position from the previous year.
