Commisioned by Bosch BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o., a company belonging to the BSH Group, a leading producer of household appliances in Europe and one of the largest manufacturers worldwide, we built two production and warehouse halls. The total area of both facilities located in Wrocław amounts to 30,000 sqm.

In 2019, we decided to entrust Commercecon with the delivery of our new investment project in Wrocław. As part of our cooperation, two halls with a total floor area of 30,000 sq m were constructed. Our decision was based on the general contractor’s experience in delivering industrial facilities and its strong reputation in the market.
As the general contractor for our project, Commercecon was responsible for the comprehensive construction of two production and warehouse facilities, including staff and welfare areas. The first facility covers 20,000 sq m, while the second covers 10,000 sq m.
The general contractor was also responsible for the complete external infrastructure, including water and sewerage systems, fire protection, sanitary and stormwater networks, as well as the road system. Importantly, its scope of work also included the construction of a 319-metre railway siding.
The project was completed in January 2020.
