COKO-WERK Polska Sp. z o.o., a system supplier of technical articles made of plastics, commissioned us, as the general contractor, with the reconstruction and extension of an existing production and storage hall. The new 6,882 sqm building is located in Konstantynów Łódzki.

As the General Contractor, Commercecon completed a “Design and Build” project for Coko-Werk Polska Sp. z o.o. in 2018–2019. The project involved expanding and altering Coko-Werk’s existing production and storage plant at ul. Langiewicza 52 in Konstantynów Łódzki with infrastructure.
