Building a warehouse for Delia Cosmetics

We are launching another construction project this year, this time for the cosmetics industry. For our neighbour Delia Cosmetics, a renowned cosmetics manufacturer, we are building a warehouse facility in Konstantynów Łódzki with a total area of almost 4,000 square metres. In addition to the storage area, it will also include a modern, two-storey office space.

Delia Cosmetics is a Polish cosmetics manufacturer, one of the leaders on the domestic cosmetics market that rapidly expanding on foreign markets. Facing steady growth of new product ranges and the expanding client portfolio the client decided to upgrade and expand two production facilities near Łódź, in Rzgów and Konstantynów Łódzki. As production expands, the manufacturer’s needs in the logistics area also grow and the need for a new warehouse has became a reality.

We have become the general contractor for Delia Cosmetics’ logistics hall, which is being erected in Konstantynów Łódzki, next to the company’s production plant operating here. Our scope includes the construction of the building and the landscaping works around it, including the construction of the internal road layout. The facility will have a total area of 3750 m2, and will include, in addition to the warehouse area (2900 m2), a modern, two-storey office space (940 m2). The project is part of our client’s development strategy, and the new space will support its logistics processes. The building is being constructed on the site and with the support of the Łódź Special Economic Zone.

Construction of the hall has just started and is expected to be completed early next year. Delia Cosmetics has been consistently committed to sustainable development for years, so we will conduct the construction process in accordance with the highest environmental standards. The building structure will be adapted to accommodate the planned installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof, which is expected to help the company optimise its energy costs.

This is another of our recent projects in Konstantynów Łódzki.
