Geplastyk

In Konstantynów Łódzki, on the premises of the Łódź Special Economic Zone, we are building a warehouse hall for Geplastyk Polska Sp. z o.o., a manufacturer of plastic components for various industries. The facility will be a logistics hub for our customers production facility located nearby.

The warehouse hall under construction in Konstantynów Łódzki will be 12 metres high and have a total area of 2,500 square metres. In addition to storage space, it will also include a staff area and technical rooms.

Recent years have seen the rapid growth of Geplastyk’s business in Poland. In view of steady growth of new projects and an expanding portfolio of partners, our customer has decided to build a warehouse facility to serve as a logistical hub for the plant located nearby in Rąbień. Since 2005, it has been manufacturing plastic components for machinery and equipment for various industries, including the automotive and white household appliance sectors. The choice of location was not accidental – Łódź has for years been one of our country’s largest production centres for large household goods. Global corporations such as BSH, Whirlpool and Miele have located their production facilities in and around Łódź.

The building for Geplastyk is being completed under the “Design and Build” formula – the customer has ordered the one-stop service including the design and full construction of the facility. We really like this formula of cooperation. It enables us to offer the customer fully customised solutions, ideally tailored to their requirements, in terms of design, choice of technical solutions and construction materials. We carry out construction projects all over Poland, but cooperation with an investor from our area is a really exciting prospect for us. And we can probably say that this will be our best looked after construction site – after all, we can see it directly from our office windows.
