Delia Cosmetics

We have completed another construction project this year, this time for the cosmetics industry. For our neighbour Delia Cosmetics, a renowned cosmetics manufacturer, we have built a warehouse facility in Konstantynów Łódzki with a total area of almost 4,000 square metres. In addition to the storage area, it also includes a modern, two-storey office space. 

Delia Cosmetics is a Polish cosmetics manufacturer, one of the leaders on the domestic cosmetics market that are rapidly expanding on foreign markets. Facing steady growth of new product ranges and the expanding client portfolio, the company decided to upgrade and expand two production plants near Łódź, in Rzgów and Konstantynów Łódzki. As production expands, the manufacturer’s needs in the logistics area also grew and the need for a new warehouse became a reality.

We were contracted as the general contractor for Delia Cosmetics’ logistics building we went on to erect in Konstantynów Łódzki, next to the company’s production plant operating there. The scope of our work involved the construction of the building and the site development, including the provision of the internal road network. The facility has a total area of 3,750 square metres, and, apart from the warehouse zone (2,900 square metres), it integrates a state-of-the-art, two-storey office space (940 square metres). The project is part of our client’s development strategy, and the new space supports its logistics processes. The building was built on the site and with the support of the Łódź Special Economic Zone.

Delia Cosmetics has long been consistently committed to sustainable development, so we executed our construction works in accordance with their highest environmental standards. The building structure was adapted to accommodate the planned roof-top PV installation, which is expected to help the company optimise its energy costs.

This is yet another project we have recently completed in Konstantynów Łódzki. That completion followed the construction of a warehouse for our industrial client, and an industrial building – also for logistics purposes – for Geplastyk Polska that we erected in this locality last year.
