Building a production hall for Kiestal

Kiestal, a Polish company in the metal industry, is investing in a new production facility. By the middle of this year, a modern industrial hall with a total area of almost 13,000 square metres will be built in Krzepice, Silesia. Steel tubes and sections will be produced there. We are the general contractor for this project.

At the end of last year, in Krzepice near Częstochowa, we started construction of a production hall for Kiestal, a company specialising in the production of steel tubes and sections for various industries: furniture, automotive, logistics and warehousing or construction. The building will be approximately 10.5 metres high, with a total floor area of almost 13,000 sqm.

The building is being constructed as a reinforced concrete structure, which will be adapted to accommodate the later implementation of an automated process equipment, including cranes with a capacity of 10 tonnes used during the manufacturing process. The structure will also withstand the loads resulting from the installation of photovoltaic panels, which will be installed on the roof of the building. The hall will be equipped with 2 docks and 7 loading gates.

The new production facility represents new growth opportunities for our client. The larger space will help consolidate and significantly streamline the production process, but will also allow for shorter logistics operations. As a result, Kiestal will not only be able to develop cooperation with temporary customers, but also to serve new contractors effectively.

We plan to complete the construction work in the middle of this year.
