As a general contractor, we have built another warehouse and production hall which is covered by BREEAM certification that acknowledges the use of green building solutions. The building has benn constructed as part of 7R City Flex Las Mile Logistics’ urban warehouse network concept.

We have been cooperating with Commercecon for several years. At that time, as part of the general contracting, she implemented several construction projects for us for the warehouse and industrial sector.
One of the investments completed in recent months is a warehouse and production hall with a total area of 13 thousand. M 2 located in the Gdańsk Kowale logistics park implemented as part of the concept of the Municipal Magazines of 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistic.
As a general contractor, Commercecon was responsible for all the construction works of the new object, the development of the area around it, the implementation of the necessary infrastructure and media connections and the exit to the property in accordance with the design concept. Her tasks also included obtaining a BREEAM certificate, which is a confirmation for the use of ecological construction solutions in the construction process.
The contractor carried out the entrusted tasks with due diligence and in accordance with the set work schedule.
Noteworthy is the high quality of the installation of facade panels in accordance with our new guidelines, which required from the Commerceon team of high competences and appropriate organization of work.
